This form is used to quickly upload all flyers in a single folder into the external activity database and shown on the events site.  The only requirement is that the filename of the flyer has the form  YYMMDD.jpg  If two flyers have the same date, append it with an a,b,c, etc. For example:   20230115.jpg,  20230205a.jpg 20230205b.jpg
