On November 6, 2024, the Community Foundation of Anne Arundel County presented a generous $50,000 donation to the Eta Eta Lambda Foundation to support the Alpha Academy Mentoring Program (AAMP) at Annapolis High School.
This award—delivered through the Fund for Anne Arundel—underscores the foundation’s commitment to supporting impactful community-based programs that shape the next generation of leaders. The funds will directly enhance Alpha Academy’s mentorship curriculum, educational resources, and student enrichment experiences throughout the year.
The presentation took place during an Alpha Academy session attended by brothers of Eta Eta Lambda Chapter, representatives from CFAAC, Alpha Academy mentors, and mentees. The moment symbolized a shared vision: empowering youth through education, discipline, and opportunity.
“This generous gift reaffirms that our work is making a difference. Together, we’re helping young men develop the confidence, skills, and values they need to succeed—in school and in life.”— Bro. Stephen Williams, Chair, Alpha Academy
The Eta Eta Lambda Foundation and Alpha Academy extend heartfelt thanks to the Community Foundation of Anne Arundel County for its continued partnership and investment in youth development.
