Throughout the year, the Technology Committee and Graphics Team of the Eta Eta Lambda Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. have worked tirelessly to use digital media as a tool for advocacy, education, and celebration. From health awareness campaigns to cultural observances and community spotlights, our digital content continues to inform, inspire, and engage.

In recognition of World Financial Planning Month, members of the Eta Eta Lambda Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. attended a Generational Wealth Building Panel Discussion at the Government House of Maryland in Annapolis. The event, hosted by Maryland First Lady Dawn Moore and Bank of America, brought together community leaders to explore strategies for building legacy and financial resilience within families.

The event provided an open and engaging platform for community members to hear directly from those vying to lead the capital city. The Eta Eta Lambda Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. hosted its annual Community Cookout on August 23, 2025, at Chambers Park in Annapolis, Maryland. The day was filled with great food, music, and fellowship — but most importantly, it showcased how partnership, unity, and service come together to strengthen the community.

On June 21, 2025, brothers of the Eta Eta Lambda Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. proudly participated in the Anne Arundel County Juneteenth Festival at the Anne Arundel County Fairgrounds. The chapter hosted an informational tent to engage the community about Alpha Phi Alpha’s mission, national programs, and local initiatives—including Alpha Academy—while also promoting voter registration and civic engagement.

Yesterday was an unforgettable day for Bro. Dillard's mentee Josh, a freshman at UMES! He had the privilege of coordinating a Shadow Day for him with Senator Shaneka Henson, and her amazing Chief of Staff made sure Josh even got to meet Bro. Governor Moore. The whole day, Josh kept saying, "I can't believe this is happening to me!"
