Yesterday was an unforgettable day for Bro. Dillard's mentee Josh, a freshman at UMES! He had the privilege of coordinating a Shadow Day for him with Senator Shaneka Henson, and her amazing Chief of Staff made sure Josh even got to meet Bro. Governor Moore. The whole day, Josh kept saying, "I can't believe this is happening to me!" Moments like these are what mentorship is all about—opening doors, creating opportunities, and showing the next generation what’s possible. #Alpha

On a vibrant February evening in Laurel, the Eta Eta Lambda Chapter and Foundation turned 5 Sister’s Restaurant and Lounge into a celebration of Black joy and carefree vibes. Proceeds supported the Foundation’s scholarship fund, and the night was pulsing with music by Brothers Anthony Pittman and Michael Hardman, Sr. Midway through, the shopping center lost power — but the party didn’t stop.
